Orthoses are special orthopedic appliances designed to correct, stabilize and compensate the musculoskeletal system disorders. Orthoses provide joints protection and unloading, creating external support for them. Orthoses are indispensable helpers in treatment and rehabilitation.
In the neurologist’s children practice orthoses from thermoplastic material find their application in a number of congenital and acquired diseases that are accompanied by deformation of the musculoskeletal system. Most often Orthoses are used for the prevention and treatment of contractures and pathological settings for cerebral palsy and myopathies, clubfoot, torticollis and the hip joints dysplasia. The individual cervical collar is made of modern thermoplastic material according to your measurements and provides necessary semi -rigid fixation.

Application instructions:

  • It is recommended to use during waking hours: while driving, working at the computer, after a long day at work.
  • When putting on for the first time, the duration of use should not exceed 15 minutes, in the future it is necessary to prolong the wearing time to 2 hours.
  • In case of discomfort or worsening the main symptoms, it is necessary to go to the clinic for correction.
  • Store the collar from heat source.
  • Wash with soap and cool water as it gets dirty.
