
Everyone knows that a good night’s sound sleep is necessary to maintain normal functioning of all the internal body systems, to normalize metabolic processes, to rally and rest. Moreover, the important condition for sound sleep is the way you wake up. One cannot abruptly jump out of bed after a loud trumpet wake up call.
Loud sounds can cause an adrenaline rush and brain activity changes; and that can lead to a body backlash. The sound should be smooth, gradually increase and go as if from afar. The transit from sleep to wakeful state must be unhurried and proper. First of all, you need to “wake” your brain up, get it into working tream; and then cardiovascular system, spine, joints, etc.
