It is particularly effective for posture disorders, muscle hypertonicity, headaches, numbness in the extremities, and the effects of stress and chronic fatigue.

At the “Berseniev Medical Center,” we use metameric massage, which targets specific areas (metamers) of the nervous system, as well as osteopathic massage for deep muscle and fascial relaxation in children and adults. For adults, craniosacral massage and neurokinesiological correction are also available, which gently regulate the functioning of the brain and spinal cord structures.

These techniques are combined into individualized rehabilitation and prevention programs. They are particularly effective when combined with other forms of therapy and are safe for both children and adults.
